My Details: · Full Name: [Zaid Zulfiqar] · XM Account Number: [303540484] · Email: zaidzulfiqar58@gmail.com What Happened: I deposited 350 USD into my XM account using my cousin's Binance Pay account. XM accepted the deposits without any warning or objection. I traded and generated profits. · 13 June 2026: I requested withdrawal of 350 USD — went to "Pending" status. · 15 June 2026: XM deducted -634.38 USD from my account (ADJ01-COR12) — this is my seized profit. · 17 June 2026: XM Support and AML Unit both confirmed investigation complete — I was eligible to withdraw. · 19 June 2026: XM suspended my account and nullified all profits, citing third-party deposit violation. My original deposit was returned but my profit remains seized. I am not a fraudster. My KYC is complete. I was never warned at deposit time. What Happened:

I deposited 350 USD into my XM account using my cousin's Binance Pay account. XM accepted the deposits without any warning or objection. I traded and generated profits.

· 13 June 2026: I requested withdrawal of 350 USD — went to "Pending" status.
· 15 June 2026: XM deducted -634.38 USD from my account (ADJ01-COR12) — this is my seized profit.
· 17 June 2026: XM Support and AML Unit both confirmed investigation complete — I was eligible to withdraw.
· 19 June 2026: XM suspended my account and nullified all profits, citing third-party deposit violation.

My original deposit was returned but my profit remains seized. I am not a fraudster. My KYC is complete. I was never warned at deposit time.
