ePlanet Brokers：Sudden margin change from $9.5 to $45 caused Stop out - Acco
On May 11-12, 2026, my positions with ePlanet Brokers (account 33318253) were closed by Stop out due to a sudden and unannounced margin change. During daytime on May 11, margin was $9.5 per position. At night, without any notice, the broker increased margin to $45 per position - nearly 500 percent higher. Two Sell positions were closed: one with $196.03 loss, another with $85.81 loss. Total loss: $281.84. I requested server logs from the broker to prove this margin change. They refused and stated: "Internal server reports cannot be provided." The broker holds only a weak MISA license from Comoros with no valid FCA, ASIC, or CySEC license. I am seeking compensation for my total loss of $281.84.
