AxiTrader：Axi Broker Withdrawal Issue – Need Advice
I’m facing a serious issue with Axi and wanted to know if anyone else has experienced something similar. I deposited around $15,000 and made a profit of about $13,500 through fully manual trading (no EA, no copy trading). When I requested withdrawal, they asked for KYC documents. I already submitted: Bank statement Live selfie with ID Then they asked for source of funds, so I provided my Exness profit statement showing around $18,000 profit. Now they are asking: 👉 Where did I deposit money in my Exness account? This feels unnecessary and excessive. Why do they need details of another broker account? It has been almost 3 months now, and they keep repeating the same questions without processing my withdrawal or giving a clear answer. I’m really frustrated at this point. Has anyone faced similar issues with Axi? Any advice on how to handle this?
